Can’t find a buyer for your existing home? Sell your home to us!
Our Part Exchange scheme simplifies and takes out the extra expenses of selling your existing home, and moving into your new one;
By answering a few questions about your existing home – its location, any idea you have of its value and whether it qualifies for our Part Exchange, we can start the ball rolling. You will need to be trading up from your existing property. Providing our Part Exchange terms and conditions are acceptable to you, our Part Exchange form can be completed and a provisional reservation can be taken on your new Marble Home!
We will arrange for a Selling Agent to carry out a valuation on your existing home, on our behalf. Our instruction will be for the agent to provide us with an opinion of anticipated selling price – not an asking price. Our own Part Exchange manager may also visit you to get a better understanding of your existing home.
Once the valuations are back, we will make you a verbal offer for your existing home, confirming this offer in writing. If you agree to our offer, our Solicitors will be instructed and you will need to instruct your own legal advisors as well. Now your provisional reservation on your new Marble Home becomes a full reservation!
